All shipped wigs have a 10 DAY return policy and must comply with the following.
The wig may be tried on but not worn. The wig must be returned in new condition, not worn. To be worn is to wear a wig any longer than just trying on the wig to test out the size, color, and style.
The wig must be returned free from any odors of any kind…( perfumes, hairspray, cigarette smoke, barbecue, or any other odors.)
All of the packing material must be returned in the box with the cardboard supports and netting and in good non-damaged condition including the logo tissue paper. The box must also be free of dents, tears or damage of any kind.
The tags must be attached to the wig and also in new condition, free of damage.
The hair and structure must not be damaged, altered or cut in any way.
All shipments returned will have a 15% restocking fee, and returned to the salon at the customer’s expense.
All purchases are refunded as IN-STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges can only be done when a new order has been placed. You will have 10 days to place an order of exchange. An exchange must be of equal or greater value. A first-time exchange will not be charged a restocking fee. However, any further exchanges will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
